हिन्दी · Hinglish

Hindi AI voice agent for real business calls

Hindi and English run on the cheapest speech stack we have, so a Hindi line goes further on the same credit than any regional-language line. For a D2C brand confirming COD orders across the north, that difference compounds over tens of thousands of calls.

The hard part

The English is load-bearing

Hinglish is not Hindi with English words dropped in — the two grammars interleave, and the English carries the parts that matter most to a business call: the order number, the amount, the date, the product name. A model that transcribes the Hindi well and the embedded English badly has failed the call while scoring well on the language.

Code-mixed by default

The agent is not switched into a Hinglish mode. Mixed speech is the register it expects, so a caller moving between Hindi and English mid-clause needs no handling.

Numbers read the Indian way

Lakh and crore, and digits read in pairs rather than singly. A stack tuned on US call-centre audio mishears exactly the fields a business call is about.

Set in genuine Devanagari

Hindi on this site is IBM Plex Sans Devanagari, self-hosted — a real Devanagari cut rather than a fallback face.

Questions

Hindi on a real phone line

Does the agent really speak Hindi, or is it translating?

It speaks it. Hindi runs on a speech stack trained on Indian languages rather than a general multilingual model with Hindi in its list, and Hinglish — mixing with English inside a sentence — is the default register rather than a mode you switch on.

Can one agent handle Hindi and other languages on the same number?

Yes, and it should. The agent does not ask a caller to choose a language before it will listen, and it follows a caller who switches mid-call. All seven Indian languages are live on the same line, plus any language the underlying voice stack supports.

What does a Hindi call cost?

Hindi runs on the cheapest speech stack we have, so credit goes further here than on a regional-language line. Plans start at ₹2,999/month with the number and telephony included, and calling starts at ₹4.91/min on the Everyday voice. Exclusive of 18% GST.

Is the call recorded and transcribed?

Every call, with a QA score on all of them rather than a sample. Data is resident in India by default — AWS Mumbai, ap-south-1 — with US and EU available for teams serving customers outside India.
